Service Channel

A service channel is one of three types of marketing channels. They are used to facilitate distribution and service to buyers and users. They comprise a diverse group, from warehouses, and shipping and transportation companies to banks/credit card companies, adverting agencies and repair shops.  

The other two marketing channels are communication channels and distribution channels.
